Billing System Introduction
Commonly asked questions regarding invoicing and payment.

-How am I billed?
All invoices are issued by email on the 1st or 2nd of the month and are due on the 20th of that month.
All services are billed in-advance, i.e. a monthly hosting invoice issued on the 1st of March is payment for the hosting that will take place between 1st of March and the 1 Apr.
The frequency at which you receive you bill from us is decided by you, i.e. if you wish to be billed every second month then simply ask and we will be happy to sort it out for you. Common Intervals are 1, 2, 3 and 6 monthly. *
* Note: some services can only be billed in 1,2 or 5 years intervals. e.g. domain registration services, ssl certificates, domain mail. |

-How can I pay my bill?
Clear instructions for payment are included with each invoice and statement.* Currently we accept the following payment methods:
direct credit (the SWIFT Code for our bank is ASBBN2A) credit card paypay cheque (via regular post)
We can also setup a re-occuring payment from your credit card or Paypay account.
Our prefered method of payment is automatic payment as this greatly reduces the manual processing required and thus our expenses.
* an invoice may contain a restricted set of payment options depending on the service and terms. |

-How can I see my account details or billing history?
You can view all past invoices we have issued you online via the secure administration website. Login via www.netassoc.co.nz using your login and password, once inside click on the 'My Finances' link, wait a split second and a list of your previous tax receipts will be displayed. |

-Will I receive a tax receipt?
For customers who pay their monthly bill by automatic payment - we send a monthly statement containing links to the last five receipts. This results in single monthly email.. clean.
Otherwise we will issue a receipt via email with 48 hours of payment confirmation.
Note: Tax receipts are also available at any time from within the administration website. -Login from www.netassoc.co.nz -Click on the menu item titled 'My Finances'
