Service Level Agreements
| |
Net Associates has a long history in the IT industry and as you'd except we do things by book, each service we provide to a customer creates a Service Level Agreement(SLA) between Net Associates and the CLIENT, this SLA is the document that defines the following;
- Initial term and any subsequent rollover properties.
- Minimum standard of service you the CLIENT can except from Net Associates.
- Measurement and reporting of the target service level.
- Corresponding compensation when the minimum standard is not met.
- The conditions and requirements you the CLIENT are required to meet.
- Steps to take if there is a failure on our part or on the part of the CLIENT.
Service Level Management @ Net AssociatesWe have developed our own Service Level Management System (SLM) to better meet your needs as a service provider.
Each SLA forms a Line Item on an invoice according to a billing schedule you choose, we are proud to offer you such a flexible billing system. |
"A good SLA has 4 key components: description, target, measurement, and penalty/reward."
