Improved Billing System
Here at Net Associates we develop all our systems in-house and lately we have been focusing our development time and money into improving the existing billing system
We offer well over 50 different internet related services and efficiently billing our clients is a vital part of our core service. Our goal is to make the invoicing side of things as easy as possible for you while providing a clear understanding of what you have been billed for.
Some of the highlights of our new improved billing system:
- Your account invoice/statement is automatically emailed to you on the 1st or 2nd of the month.*
- Easy payment facilities via Credit Card, Direct Credit or Cheque.
- Options to pay Monthly, Quarterly or Annually. **
The improvements will continue over the next few months as we automate more and more aspects of the our billing system.
You can expect the following improvements.
- Receipts will be automatically issued ASAP after receipt of payment.
- Self-Issue options on various email messages.
- Changes to the titles of your invoices as they appear in the administration website(no change to the actual invoice data will take place)
- Domain name registrations will marked as either a New Registration or as a Renewal, this is to help customers with the new tax regulations in regard to domain name registrations and renewals.
- PDF invoice download.
* Note: by default only clients with a monthly invoice will receive a monthly statement.
** Note: some services are available annually only. Domain name registration services for example are only billed annually.
