For every 100 Megabytes of storage we offer you we actually require 400 Megabytes, it breaks down like this; -100 Megabytes for your actual live webstorage space. -100 Megabytes for daily backup of this data. (restore on request, fees apply) -50 Megabytes for website log space. (you may download your logs, free setup by request only) -50 Megabytes for website usage analysis database space. (internal use) -100 Megabytes to backup the log space and usage database space above.
Daily Backup Each morning a backup of your website is taken, the daily shapshot!. The shapshot is then encrypted and stored on a physically different harddisk. We do not use or recommend tape backup for security reasons. This shapshot is replaced again the next morning.
